Since its inception, Lower Alabama Lacrosse (LAL) has been committed to honoring the rich tradition of the Creator’s Game.  We are here for those who seek growth, challenge, and opportunity both on and off the field.  

LAL offers more than just a chance to play lacrosse – it is a gateway to excellence.  For our youth players (kindergarten through 8^th grade) we provide a strong foundation by developing core fundamentals and an overall love for the game.  Whether your child is new to the sport or striving to compete at a higher level, we aim to create an environment where every player can grow and rise to new challenges.  Our routine top place finishes (Championships) stand as a testament to the skill, dedication, and continued progress we nurture each season.  

At the high school level, LAL fills the gap where opportunity is missing.  While the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) does not yet recognize lacrosse as a sanctioned sport, we provide a highly competitive travel program on par with the intensity and commitment found in state-sanctioned athletics.  This program is not for everyone – and that is what makes it special. It is demanding.  Your player will be pushed and held to a higher standard.  In return, they will emerge as stronger athletes and individuals.    

Our success speaks for itself. (Championships).  In addition to program achievements, many LAL players also compete on national stages with top-teir year-round travel teams.  Several athletes have gone on to play collegiately at the NCAA Division I and II levels, as well as the MCLA. (College Commits).  This is a path for those who dream big, work hard, and refuse to settle.
